Skarzynski Tinnitus Ölçeği
Skarzynski Tinnitus Ölçeği, kulak çınlamasının günlük yaşam, psikolojik durum ve başa çıkma becerileri üzerindeki etkilerini değerlendiren 14 maddelik bir ölçektir. Üç alt boyuttan oluşur ve puanlama 0–100 aralığında yapılır. Yüksek puan, daha iyi başa çıkma düzeyini gösterir.
İşitme Engeli Ölçeği – Erişkin (İEÖ-E) - Uzun ve Tarama Formları
İEÖ-E, işitme kaybına sahip bireylerin günlük yaşamlarındaki engellilik algılarını değerlendirmek için geliştirilmiş 25 maddelik öz değerlendirme ölçeğidir. Sosyal ve duygusal olmak üzere iki alt boyutu vardır. Uzun form ve 10 maddelik tarama formu mevcuttur.
Khalfa Hiperakuzi Ölçeği
Bireylerin seslere karşı duyarlılık düzeyini değerlendirmek üzere geliştirilmiş olan Khalfa Hiperakuzi Ölçeği, dikkat, sosyal ve duygusal boyutlardan oluşan 14 maddelik bir özbildirim aracıdır. Türkçeye uyarlanan versiyonu, hiperakuzi tanısında geçerli ve güvenilir bir değerlendirme sunmaktadır.
TR-MUSHRA: Türkçeye Uyarlanmış Çoklu Uyaranlı Ses Kalitesi Değerlendirme Aracı
TR-MUSHRA, koklear implant kullanıcılarının ses kalitesine ilişkin algılarını değerlendirmek için geliştirilen bir dinleme testidir. Katılımcılar, aynı cümle içeriğine sahip farklı ses örneklerini 0–100 arasında puanlayarak algılanan ses kalitesini karşılaştırır. Araç, Türkçeye uyarlanarak kültürel ve dilsel uygunluğu sağlanmıştır.
