İşitsel Lokalizasyon Anketi
Bu anket, bireylerin farklı dinleme koşullarında (gürültülü ve sessiz ortamlar) sesin kaynağını belirleme (lokalizasyon) becerilerini ve bu durumun psikolojik etkilerini değerlendirmek amacıyla geliştirilmiştir. Ölçek toplam 24 maddeden oluşur ve "trafik", "dış ortam", "iç ortam" ve "psikolojik etki" gibi alt başlıkları içerir. 5'li Likert tipi (1=Asla, 5=Her zaman) puanlama kullanılır; yüksek puan, işitsel lokalizasyonda yaşanan daha fazla güçlüğü ifade eder.
Weinstein Gürültü Hassasiyeti Ölçeği (Tr-WGHÖ)
Bu ölçek, bireylerin günlük yaşamdaki gürültüye karşı verdikleri öznel tepkileri ve gürültü hassasiyet düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla geliştirilmiştir. Ölçek toplam 21 maddeden oluşur. Değerlendirmede 6'lı Likert tipi puanlama (1=Kesinlikle katılıyorum, 6=Kesinlikle katılmıyorum) kullanılır. Toplam puanın yüksekliği, gürültü hassasiyetinin yüksek olduğunu gösterir.
