Yeni Doğan İşitme Tarama Programı için Ebeveyn Memnuniyet Anketi

Bu anket, yeni doğan işitme tarama programlarına katılan ebeveynlerin memnuniyet düzeylerini değerlendirmek amacıyla geliştirilmiş ve Türkçeye uyarlanmıştır. Ebeveyn geri bildirimlerinin, tarama süreçlerinin kalitesini artırmak adına önemli veriler sağladığı düşünülmektedir.

Nijmegen Koklear İmplant Anketi (Tr-NCIQ)

Koklear implant kullanıcılarının yaşam kalitesini değerlendirmek üzere geliştirilmiş olan Nijmegen Koklear İmplant Ölçeği (Tr-NCIQ), 60 sorudan oluşur. Bu 60 soru altı alt alanda gruplanmıştır: temel ses algısı, ileri ses algısı, konuşma üretimi, öz-benlik, aktivite, sosyal etkileşimler.

İşitme Engeli Ölçeği – Yaşlı (İEÖ-Y), yaşlı bireylerin işitme kaybına bağlı sosyal ve duygusal zorluklarını değerlendirmek amacıyla geliştirilen özbildirim temelli bir ölçektir. Katılımcılar, günlük yaşamda işitme ile ilgili karşılaştıkları sorunları “Evet”, “Bazen” veya “Hayır” şeklinde yanıtlar. Ölçek, klinik değerlendirme ve bireysel farkındalık süreçlerinde kullanılabilir.
