Yetişkinlerde İşitme Kaybının Etkisini Değerlendirme Ölçeği, işitme kaybının bireylerin yaşam kalitesi üzerindeki etkisini değerlendirmek üzere geliştirilmiş özbildirim temelli bir ölçektir. Günlük yaşam, sosyal yaşam, kişisel yaşam ve mesleki yaşam alanlarını kapsayan dört alt boyutta değerlendirme yapar.
İşitsel İmplant Ses Kalitesi İndeksi Anketi (HISQUI19)
İşitsel İmplant Ses Kalitesi İndeksi (HISQUI19), koklear implant kullanan 18 yaş ve üzeri bireyler için geliştirilmiş bir öz değerlendirme anketidir. Bu anket, 19 madde aracılığıyla kullanıcıların günlük dinleme durumlarındaki işitsel faydaya ilişkin bireysel algılarını ve ses kalitesi deneyimlerini değerlendirir. Yapılan çalışmalar, HISQUI19 anketinin Türkçe versiyonunun koklear implant kullanan yetişkinler için geçerli ve güvenilir bir değerlendirme aracı olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu araç, klinisyenlere hastaların koklear implanttan elde ettikleri öznel faydayı belirlemede değerli bilgiler sunar.
