Vertigo Semptom Skalası (VSS - Kısa Form), vertigo semptom sıklığını, otonomik belirtileri ve somatizasyonu değerlendiren 15 maddelik bir ölçektir; maddeler 0 (hiçbir zaman) ile 4 (çok sık) arasında puanlanır. Vertigo, Baş Dönmesi ve Dengesizlik (VDI) anketi ise iki alt boyuttan oluşur: Semptom Skalası (VDI-SS, 14 madde) ve Yaşam Kalitesi Skalası (VDI-HQoL, 22 madde). Maddeler 0 (her zaman) ile 5 (hiçbir zaman) arasında puanlanır.
