The 36th World Congress of Audiology was held in Paris between 19-22 September this year.
At this congress, where audiology specialists from all over the world came together, the latest developments in areas such as hearing loss, tinnitus and vestibular disorders were discussed.
📢 I had the opportunity to make two different presentations at this event:
1. Exploring Tech Usage Patterns in Young Cochlear Implant Recipients: Preliminary Findings: In this study, we aimed to examine the technology usage habits of young cochlear implant users.
2. Fibromyalgia Syndrome and Audiological Implications: Comprehensive Evaluation of Auditory Functions and Speech Understanding in Noise: In this study, we aimed to comprehensively evaluate auditory functions and the ability to understand speech in noise in fibromyalgia patients.
I would like to thank my teammates who contributed to these studies. Working together made the success of these projects possible.
🌍 Paris made the event unique, not only as a scientific platform but also as a capital full of cultural riches.
