Description

The Amsterdam Inventory for Auditory Disability and Handicap (T-AIADH) is a 30-item self-report scale developed to assess the effects of hearing loss on an individual's auditory functioning in daily life. The Turkish version has been found valid and reliable, providing comprehensive information about hearing performance across five subdomains.

Measured Properties

Five core auditory functions: auditory discrimination, sound localization, speech understanding in quiet, speech understanding in noise, and sound detection

Target Population

Adults aged 18 and above, with hearing loss or normal hearing
