The International Symposium on Auditory and Audiological Research (ISAAR) takes place on 16–18 August 2027 in Nyborg, Denmark. The official site currently carries a “save the date” notice, with more information to follow.
The symposium brings together auditory research and audiology. In the words of the official site, it covers current physiological concepts, perceptual measures and models, electrophysiology and neuroscience approaches. The main themes of ISAAR 2025 were the auditory brain, multisensory perception and communication in real-world environments, computational audiology and AI, and novel hearing technologies and compensation strategies.
The symposium has been supported by the William Demant Foundation since 2023.

According to the official site, Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is about 134 km from Nyborg, around 1½ hours by train. Direct InterCity trains run twice an hour from Copenhagen Central Station to Nyborg.
