MisoQuest is a 14-item self-report questionnaire that assesses misophonia, a decreased tolerance to specific sounds. Items are rated on a five-point Likert scale, no item is reverse scored and the total score ranges from 14 to 70. A higher score indicates more pronounced misophonia symptoms, and a score of 61 or above is used as the threshold for misophonia. The Turkish version yielded a three-factor structure: emotional reactions, anger and avoidance, and functionality.
