This inventory was developed to assess the socio-emotional adjustment of school-age (7–21 years) deaf and hearing-impaired students. It is an observation form completed by teachers or educators who have observed the student for at least 8 weeks. It comprises 59 items in total and has three subdimensions: Social Adjustment (23 items), Self-Image (23 items) and Emotional Adjustment (13 items). The items aim to describe positive classroom and school behaviors.
