The T-EEAS is a 10-item self-report tool that assesses perceived listening effort in quiet and in noise. Items are rated on a 0–10 visual analogue scale; the total score is the mean of the ten items, with separate quiet (4 items) and noise (6 items) subscales. Scores range from 0 to 10, where a higher score indicates greater listening effort. The Turkish validation confirmed the two-factor structure.
Subjective listening effort, assessed separately in quiet and in noise
Adults aged 18 and over; the Turkish validation was conducted in adults with typical hearing and in cochlear implant users
