Description

A short, easy-to-administer self-report questionnaire designed to measure the negative effects and severity of tinnitus on an individual's quality of life.

Measured Properties

Tinnitus severity, impact of tinnitus on quality of life (hearing, sleep, peace of mind, daily activities, etc.)

Target Population

Adults with tinnitus complaints lasting longer than three months.
