VM-PATHI is a 25-item self-report tool that assesses the symptom severity of vestibular migraine and its impact on daily life. It comprises six subscales: cognition, emotion and sense of being overwhelmed, disequilibrium and central audiovestibular disturbance, anxiety, motion sensitivity, and headache equivalents. Items are rated from 0 to 4 and the total score ranges from 0 to 100, where a higher score indicates more severe symptoms. The Turkish version established a cut-off score of 48.
